You damn pusher, you. I might go back and amend my *ahem* resolution allowing me to purchase the yarn for the Flyer's sweater, the gift card from Mom, and from you. I really think the name, The Secret Stash, is wasted on Kevin Smith's comic book shop. Everyone knows if should be a yarn shop!

Posted by: Ava at January 6, 2007 10:26 AM

Sounds like yarn is driving you crazy in your house the same way EVERYTHING is driving me crazy my house! Everything. GET IT OUTTA HERE!

Posted by: Vicki at January 6, 2007 10:30 AM

Your music made for a wonderful background as I read the rest of the morning's blogs. :-)

Posted by: Melissa at January 6, 2007 10:48 AM

Heh! Great card!

Posted by: Wendy at January 6, 2007 10:49 AM

Pusher indeed!

Posted by: Kathy at January 6, 2007 11:00 AM

Wonderful! Make sure you let Jen know!

Curtisssssssssssssss Mayfield ..................................... so cool...........................

Posted by: Ann at January 6, 2007 11:48 AM

I love that. But I'm not tempted. Not one teeny-tiny bit. Nope. In fact, I should unload a bunch of mine!

Posted by: Norma at January 6, 2007 11:52 AM

Dag nab it.

Once again you're doing a thing on the blog involving stash and cash and I WILL BE AWAY FROM THE COMPUTER.

Life sucks.

Posted by: inky at January 6, 2007 11:56 AM

I have a much more fun plan than the knit from your stash one. I explained it on my blog :)

Posted by: Jen at January 6, 2007 12:04 PM

Evil. Evil. Evil. I'm leaving now :-)

Posted by: Kathy at January 6, 2007 01:15 PM

Since I don't have that big of a stash, I'm not doing the knit-along. I limit what I spend on yarn, which isn't that hard because I only have $16 in my checking account. So, I may check this out tomorrow....

Posted by: Erin at January 6, 2007 01:24 PM

Well, my resolution is to get the crappy yarn in my stash out and replace it with the good stuff, so I'll be here tomorrow.

Posted by: Janine at January 6, 2007 02:10 PM

Noon Eastern eh? That means I'll have to drag myself out before 9am and grab coffee. Thanks for the heads up! (not that I need yarn, but I didn't join any knit from your stash things either)!

Posted by: Gaile at January 6, 2007 02:11 PM

You found the perfect background music for browsing your yarn stash sale. Great choice!

Posted by: KarenK from the OR coast at January 6, 2007 02:29 PM

Man alive. I JUST NOW FINISHED writing up my own stash sale post. We're like Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks, we are. Dammit!

Posted by: JulieFrick at January 6, 2007 02:45 PM

Hmmm, with all these "knit-from-the-stashers" around, I just might have a chance to buy some of your yarn this time. How about a sneak preview.

Posted by: susan at January 6, 2007 04:44 PM

I was just thinking that I need to do the same thing. I love all the socks that you've been making, especially your Koigu NOLA knee highs :)

Posted by: Illanna24 at January 6, 2007 05:33 PM

It's so nice to listen to a great song while blogging. Thanks! No thanks to the yarn...you'll sell it quickly anyway.

Posted by: margene at January 6, 2007 05:46 PM

So.. at noon then, ... I´ll see you tomorrow!

Posted by: claudia at January 6, 2007 06:39 PM

I would be one of the mothers. You a pusha!

Posted by: Carol at January 6, 2007 07:54 PM

I would never join a stash diet thingymajiggy....ever.

So. I think you should be extra sweet to me and e-mail me and tell me what the purple lovelies are!

Posted by: scout at January 6, 2007 08:35 PM

Can we get it now? cause that denim Zara is making me hot.

Really.

I want it.

Posted by: Lee Ann at January 6, 2007 09:18 PM

Can I call dibs? I want #1 and #4. I'll arm wrestle Scout. She doesn't need yarn, I do. I had a pitiful year and knit from my stash all during '06 and now I have nothing to knit with. : very big appealing smile :

Is it working? *g*

Posted by: jenifleur at January 6, 2007 09:25 PM

I'll take your "get out of Jail Free" card! May I post it on my blog? (of course, on my server) As for the yarn diet...technically, I didn't pledge to knit from ONLY my stash....I presume I could also knit from YOUR stash...OOOOOO...there's an IDEA in there somewhere :=)

Posted by: Jo at January 6, 2007 09:43 PM

Is it a sad thing to plan your entire day around making sure you're in front of the computer at the right time to make a purchase from a stash sale? :-)

Posted by: sarah b. at January 7, 2007 12:20 AM

If it's sock yarn, I can buy it! You could make socks out of all of those... right?

RIGHT!?!?!

Posted by: Stacey S at January 7, 2007 12:46 AM

Arrrrgh. . . .!
I won't have computer access at noon. Those beauties are just to tempting to last until I get home later in the day. Sigh.
Happy de-stashing.

Posted by: Kirsten at January 7, 2007 09:39 AM

Yarn pusher. You even have some of my favorites. I am NOT using my get out of jail free on day 7 of the yarn diet!

Posted by: Danielle at January 7, 2007 09:59 AM

uhhhh! so many pretty yarns... it's funny how you look back at those purchases fully intending them to end up in sweaters and socks... how easily we are turned to other knits! :-) i may try to buy today... unless i'm watching the g-men!
