Tomorrow is another day.
I managed to knit to one repeat and the toe on my Seastone Mini-Monkey and then I gave up. I'm crazy today so this is what you get - socks will be modeled tomorrow.
Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love ya, tomorrow! You're only a day AWAAAAAAAAAAAY!

Let's see. Yesterday you thought you were an idiot. Today you think you're crazy. If so, then join the crowd.
CRAZY IDIOTS OF THE WORLD (you know who you are) UNITE!
Blessings (crazy idiots like us need all the blessings we can get!)

All this Monkey business around here... Y'all have finally gotten to me and I printed out the pattern last night. Didn't cast on yet, it was too damned hot even for sock knitting, but close.
Hope you're feelign better.

Okay, Scarlett, think about it tomorrow, then. Here's one from Rhett for you: "With enough courage, you can do without a reputation." (I didn't mean to be impertinent; that's just one of my favorite lines...)

perhaps some skipping outside in this gorgeous weather is in order!

Who could knit with the gorgeous weather we're having? oh wait, maybe you. ;)

Hope that things calm down for you.
See you tomorrow.

I hope you are feeling better, comforted by your barrel of monkeys, long monkeys and mini-monkeys. I've been restraining myself but the need to cast on the Monkey Sock is becoming irresistible -- NO! I have to finish the gift cardigan first! Argh!

Oh, and Susan P's comment reminded me of this definition:
CRAZY: Anyone driving faster than you
IDIOT: Anyone driving slower than you

Hi,
I just found your blog, and really enjoy reading it!
As someone who also knits and crochets, I suggest that you would really enjoy crocheting much, much more if you would allow yourself to use the high-quality, exquisite materials that are considered so important in knitting now.
I remember when many of us routinely knit with acrylic yarn. Yuck. Nothing kills the joy of a project like crummy yarn that fuzzes and falls apart with a little wear.
If you think of your crochet as worth the investment in the same top-quality, yummy yarns as your knitting, you may find that your projects hold much more appeal. Just my 2 cents. Have fun!
